Client Challenge

A large commercial development in Wisconsin, featuring 60,000 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, required a high-efficiency water treatment system to ensure consistent water quality across multiple buildings. The client faced issues with hard water, iron, and chlorine levels, which could lead to equipment scaling, staining, and unpleasant water taste and odor—all major concerns for both office tenants and restaurant operators.

Additionally, they needed a system that could handle fluctuating water demands while maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring optimal performance for high-traffic businesses.

To address these challenges, we installed a H200-300,000 grain Triplex water softener, a
30” Triplex Filter OX system, and a chlorine feed system. These technologies work together
to:

  • Remove iron and manganese to eliminate staining on fixtures and improve water clarity.
  • Neutralize chlorine to enhance water taste and protect sensitive equipment.
